Since purchasing her first home in San Mateo California at age 23, Christina has been an active real estate investor in California, Oregon and New Mexico. Before becoming a licensed loan consultant, she worked as a Project Manager and managed multiple large budget and complex projects while working in the software industry for over 12 years. Christina applies her project management experience, analytic skills, and hands on problem solving knowledge to ensure you have an accurate, timely, and successful experience when you execute your loan transaction.

Christina immigrated to the USA from China in 1988 and graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering. She currently resides in San Mateo with her husband and 2 children.

Christina is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Toi San and English. She is also an active community member that has been involved with Habitat for Humanity, Adopt a Family for Christmas and educational program such as AYSO and Art in Action. In her spare time, Christina enjoys traveling with her family and helping her children experience various cultures and languages.
