With over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, Richard began his career in 1986 as a realtor in San Ramon, California. After relocating from the East Bay to the Peninsula in 1992, he decided to make the transition to the financial side of the industry and has never looked back. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of clients achieve various home ownership goals - a family’s primary residence, a vacation get-away, an investment property, and the downsizing of the family home for seniors.

The lessons that Richard’s early clients taught him have helped him to fine tune the art of listening. The ability to truly hear and understand their wants, needs, and desires, has enabled Richard to fully understand his clients.
